We process personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of North Macedonia (Official Gazette No. 42/2020).

3. What other users see

Your listing is public: vehicle data, photos, price and city. Your phone number is shown only after a visitor clicks “Show number”. Your e-mail address is never shown publicly.

4. Service providers

We use the following providers, who process data on our behalf:

Hosting: [mkhost, North Macedonia]: stores the website and its data.
E-mail delivery: system e-mails such as registration and password reset are sent through the mail server of our hosting provider.
Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.): shows the vehicle location on a map. When a map loads, your IP address is sent to Google.
Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Ltd.): protects forms against spam and bots. It processes your IP address and information about your browser.
Payments: packages are currently paid by bank transfer. If card payment is added later, it will be processed by a payment provider and we will not store card data.

Google may transfer data to the USA. Google relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for such transfers.

5. Cookies

AutoMK only uses cookies that are necessary for the website to work: login, chosen language, and the shopping cart for packages. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking. We do not use analytics tools.

6. How long we keep data

Account data: as long as your account exists.
Listings: while they are online, and up to [30] days after they expire or are deleted.
Messages: as long as both accounts exist.
Order and invoice data: as long as tax and accounting law requires (usually 10 years).
Server logs: [14] days.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to info@automk.mk.

You also have the right to complain to the Agency for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of North Macedonia (www.dzlp.mk).

8. Deleting your account

You can delete your account and listings in your account settings or by writing to us. We then delete your data, except data we must keep by law.

9. Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Passwords are stored encrypted. Access to the data is limited to people who need it to run AutoMK.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy when our service or the law changes. The current version is always available on this page.
